FielPromax is a web-based work order/field service management software for any field service business (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, garage doors, landscaping and many more). We provide you with an end-to-end solution from work order creation and employee scheduling till dispatching the invoice.

DOES FIELDPROMAX INTEGRATE WITH QUICKBOOKS?
Yes, we are integrated with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop to make work order management easier for as many people as possible.

HOW TO ADD MY CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
From the main screen, click the Add button on the top right corner and select Add Customer option
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF EACH WORK ORDER?
Yes. To track the status of each work order, Click the Calendar from the Menu bar and go to “Job Tracking View”. Each status has a color, to visually facilitate the tracking.
HOW TO DISPATCH WORK ORDER TO SEVERAL TECHNICIANS AT ONCE?
To assign the same work order to several service providers, open up the work order, go to Schedule tab, click Assign work order and select as many service providers as you wish from the dropdown.
DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE APP?
Yes, we have both iOS and Android apps for phones and tablets.
HOW MANY USERS CAN I HAVE?
You can add as many users as you want. If you add more users then your subscription plan is supporting, we will notify you to upgrade your plan.
CAN I LIMIT THE INFORMATION MY TECHNICIANS ARE SEEING?
Yes. When adding a technician, assign them the security level of “Service Provider”. This way they will see only the information related to them. You can also choose to hide the pricing information from the service provider.
HOW CAN I INTEGRATE FIELDPROMAX WITH QUICKBOOKS?
When signing up, select QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop integrated version to use the integrated versions.

I AM SIGNED UP WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE. DO I HAVE TO LOGIN THROUGH INTUIT EVERY TIME?
No. You can generate a password through FieldPromax and use it to login directly. Do do so, go to the Settings - Manage Users, find your unsername, open up your profile and click Reset password.
HOW DO I SYNC DATA BETWEEN QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP AND FIELDPROMAX?
We use web connector to sync data between QuickBooks Desktop and FieldPromax. You need to download and install the web connector and follow these instructions to get it up and running.

WHAT IS WEB CONNECTOR?
Unlike QuickBooks Online version, the QuickBooks Desktop version requires the sync manager (since QuickBooks Desktop version resides on a user’s local desktop computer).The QuickBooks Web Connector is a software application that synchronizes data between QuickBooks and software applications like FieldPromax.
WHAT DATA IS SYNCED FROM QUICKBOOKS?
All your customer information and products are being synced every time you login.
I CAN’T LOGIN
If you are getting an error message that the password is invalid, please click the “Forgot Password” hyperlink on the left corner. If you have any other issue with logging in, please contact us at info@fieldpromax.com
HOW CAN I RESET THE PASSWORD FOR MY TECHNICIAN?
Go to Settings - Manage Users, find your technician’s email address, double-click to open and click Reset Password. Your technician will receive an email with the resetted password.
THE MAP IS NOT LOADING
There can be several reasons for that. Please follow these suggestions:
1. Try clicking the refresh button on your browser
2. Try logging in from a different computer
3. Check your internet speed. It might not load if the internet is slow.
